HOURS OF BUSINESS:
Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9.00am to
5.00pm. If you find the above times difficult or are
aged or disabled, we can visit you, or make special,
out-of-hours arrangements for evenings or weekends.
APPOINTMENTS:
We are prepared to see you without an appointment,
when possible, for a short time at the start of the
matter – in some circumstances; this first short
interview can be free, please ask if one is available
for your type of matter. You may not yet be sure whether
you wish to instruct us, in this case, we will see you
for a short preliminary chat. This will help you decide
whether it is worth proceeding and whether you believe
we will get on well together!
For established clients we operate an appointments system,
this allows us to plan our day and ensure that you are
not kept waiting.
CONSULTATION AND ADVICE:
Life becomes more complicated daily, so our consultants
specialise, please ask our Receptionist and she will
direct you to the best person to deal with it for you.
CORRESPONDENCE:
When writing, please include your name and reference
of the person dealing with your matter, this helps to
avoid delays, this information is clearly marked at
the top of every letter we send to you.
TELEPHONING:
Please refer to any correspondence you have received
from us and ask for the person named at the top of the
letter.
